Was designed in 1973 and finished in 1992. Originally was designed for basalt melting and processing. Has potential to produce the following products using either perlite( thermal insulation materials, industrial filters for oil filtration , glass (Kanazit) )or basalt ( pipes and tiles, acid resistant materials , decorative basalt ).
